Summer vacation, summer parties, lots of warm days, and endless opportunities to relax; summer is the season to kick back and live your best life. The chill attitude the middle of the year brings means it’s easy to neglect your blog or business. While it’s essential to rest, relax and enjoy your life, it’s also important to keep your eyes on the prize.
One of the most difficult questions I face when I’m starting or improving a hustle is where should I spend and where should I save? I’ve wasted a lot of money on things I believed were important and equally, I’ve lost out by being cheap when I should have spent.
Today is a learn from my fail type post and whether you’re a newbie or you’ve been hustling for a while and are facing the choice of spending money, I hope this post is helpful!
What a time to be alive when you can create content for a living, be expressive, live your best life and get paid. The creative world is one that I will always be a part of but let’s admit it – it’s tough being a creative. Even more, it’s tough being a black creative.
As I’m getting content ready for my upcoming branding workshop (oh…you haven’t bought your ticket yet?? Secure your spot!!), I’m thinking about the work black creatives have to put in to stand out.
You’re thinking about monetizing your blog, but you’re not sure how to do it; I’ve been there. Scrolling through Pinterest, everyone has a tale of making 5k in their first month of blogging, but in reality, it’s difficult to secure those numbers.

It’s time to get our networking on business bosses! I’ve made it a goal of mine to attend at least one networking event a month for the rest of the year. Networking is difficult for me; I am shy, so events become overwhelming.
If networking is as hard for you as it is for me, then this post should be helpful. I’m sharing my personal tips that I used to get through networking events. Yep, I wrote this with us introverts (or ambiverts) in mind.
It’s spring, and that means it’s time to spring clean! Though many people relate spring cleaning to their closest, Marie Kondo, and Mrs. Hinch, you can give your blog or business a new look and feel.
If cleaning is not your thing or you’re unsure of where to start on your spring cleaning mission this blog post is perfect for you. Today we’re going through 10 ways you can spring clean your blog or business.
